appreciated our stay at this nice hotel, it was really lovely. the personnel was outstandingly accommodating and wonderful as expected. there were a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a personal safe in the rooms, which made them clean. our breakfast was satisfactory with fresh products.

Good location and really helpful and efficient staff were a definite plus. Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station can be reached within 5 minutes walk.

The breakfast was scrumptious and energizing, perfect to start off the day. The location was exceptional, with plenty of lovely restaurants in the area, easily accessible golf clubs, and a safe and secure neighborhood. The reliable cleaning service was appreciated and kept the rooms tidy at all times.

The beds weren't as comfortable as we would have liked. However, some of us slept soundly, so it could be a matter of preference.

We stayed in a guest house located in a very safe area, which had plenty of parking on its grounds. the room was cleaned daily and our shower had excellent water pressure. the breakfast served every morning was very good, with a buffet section for cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, and cereals. We enjoyed easy access to the rest of our group through the balcony between the two units we stayed in.

Only one of our group found their bed to be extremely uncomfortable and they hardly slept.

The service was top-notch, with the rooms being cleaned daily and the staff being welcoming and friendly. We especially appreciated the airport shuttle, which made our arrival after a long flight much more convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like tea and coffee facilities. The outdoor terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. And the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus!
